Covering services across noise, vibration, dust, air quality, and wider environmental solutions, this role sits in a high-growth area with significant potential. You’ll take ownership of developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and building a strong market presence, while working closely with a wider Business Development team to identify and maximise cross‑selling opportunities.
Joining at an exciting stage of expansion, you’ll help shape how this service evolves, supported by the stability and backing of a well-established UK‑based technical services organisation.
Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities for environmental monitoring services
Engage with contractors, developers, and infrastructure clients to grow the customer base
Manage the full sales cycle
Re‑engage existing and dormant clients to introduce enhanced environmental monitoring capabilities
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track pipeline performance, report on progress, and share market insights with senior leadership
Experience
Proven experience in sales or business development within environmental monitoring or related instrumentation sectors
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of environmental monitoring systems (noise, vibration, dust, air quality)
