Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to lead revenue growth across a defined territory. This is a senior, hands-on commercial role responsible for originating, developing, and closing enterprise and mid-market opportunities, while helping shape Norse3’s go-to-market strategy. The role is suited to a commercially astute sales leader who is comfortable selling complex, high-value SaaS or compliance-led solutions to senior stakeholders (C-suite, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology). Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth Own and deliver regional revenue targets across enterprise and mid-market accounts Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Client & Stakeholder Engagement Engage senior decision-makers including CIOs, CROs, Heads of Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Innovation Articulate Norse3’s value proposition clearly in relation to AI governance, regulatory risk, and operational resilience Support onboarding and early account development to ensure long-term client success Go-to-Market Execution Work closely with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and sales strategy Support channel and partnership development where appropriate Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting Contribute to board-level and investor reporting where required Candidate Profile
Essential Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, RegTech, GRC, cybersecurity, or enterprise software Strong track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, professional services, healthcare, or similar) Commercially sophisticated, credible with senior executives Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growth environment Desirable Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC-2, GDPR, FCA-regulated environments, AI governance) Previous experience in a scaling or early-stage technology business Exposure to partner-led or channel sales models What We Offer
