We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Assurance Analyst
to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software, systems, or digital products. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and business teams to identify issues early, improve processes, and ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents for clarity and completeness.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standardized QA tools.
  • Work closely with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes.
  • Perform regression, functional, performance, and usability testing as needed.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide clear testing reports, test results, and quality insights to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement in QA processes and testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role (manual or automated testing).
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, Trello).
  • Ability to write clear test cases, test plans, and defect documentation.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for database validation.
  • Experience testing APIs (Postman, Swagger, etc.).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • ISTQB or related QA certification.
