THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Vice President of Strategy and Insights provide strategic leadership for both long term (3-5 year) strategy and integrated planning processes with clear vision to implement commercially focused performance management routines to drive a culture of accountability and impact.

What You Will Be Doing
Enterprise Strategic Planning & Long-Term Growth

  • Lead development of the company's 3–5 year strategic plan, including market analysis, scenario planning, competitive assessments, and growth opportunity identification.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish enterprise priorities, define strategic targets, and translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on long-term initiatives, ensuring strategic objectives inform annual operating plans, resource allocation, and capital investment decisions.
  • Monitor external trends (category, consumer, regulatory, M&A, technology) to advise on strategic risks and emerging opportunities.

Executive Leadership, Chief of Staff to the CEO

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring clarity of priorities, disciplined follow-through, and effective communication across the executive team.
  • Manage CEO agenda, including preparation for Board meetings, ELT meetings, quarterly business reviews, and key external engagements.
  • Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information, providing structured recommendations, and ensuring the CEO is equipped with timely insights.
  • Lead and oversee enterprise-level initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional contributions are well managed

Insights, Analytics & Decision Support

  • Lead enterprise consumer, customer, commercial, and market insights functions to generate actionable intelligence that informs portfolio, go-to-market, and brand strategies.
  • Oversee advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement to enhance decision-making quality across the organization.
  • Translate data into narratives and strategic implications for senior leadership and the Board

Strategy Execution & Enterprise Program Management

  • Translate strategy into clear initiatives, milestones, KVD's and accountability frameworks.
  • Oversee an enterprise PMO (formal or informal), ensuring strategic initiatives progress on time and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Establish standard processes for initiative tracking, reporting, and executive communication; escalate risks and remove obstacles to execution.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration, alignment, and resourcing for enterprise priorities.

Enterprise Communication & Leadership Engagement

  • Partner with CEO and Communications to shape cohesive internal and external strategic messaging.
  • Drive creation of materials for Board of Directors meetings, including strategy updates, long-term planning content, competitive analysis, and major initiative reviews.
  • Ensure strategy narratives and insights are clearly communicated and understood across the organization to reinforce alignment and purpose.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, Commercial Strategy, Marketing
  • Master's Degree preferred in Business Administration
  • Minimum of 15 years broad-based strategic and market intelligence roles
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Leadership roles in change management
  • Expertise in data insights including both consumer and customer
  • Ability to drive innovation cross functionally
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally via written and verbal avenues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
