Executive Protection Specialist

Job Overview
As a Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets. You will be on the front lines, utilizing your skills in surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response to create a secure environment. Your proactive approach will help prevent loss and deter potential threats while fostering a culture of safety.

What you'll do

• Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify and address any suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance during emergencies, ensuring the well-being of all personnel.
• Engage in conflict management practices to resolve disputes effectively and maintain a peaceful environment.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and surveillance activities for reporting purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
• Training in first aid and CPR certification is essential; additional medical training is a plus.
• SOF background + black belt jujitsu preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies to protect assets effectively.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential risks.
