The position will require a professional and articulate candidate with a proven track record in new homes and experience working as a New Homes Advisor.
Working hours As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be required to work Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm.
In return Our clients are offering the following for the successful New Homes Sales Advisor:
Basic salary of up to £30,000
Strong commission structure
Ongoing training and support
Cycle to work scheme
Duties
Registering potential purchasers
Attending viewings on both completed homes and on-site.
Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
Sales Progression
Requirements
A strong background in customer service
New Homes experience working on site
Proven track record within New Homes
Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport, and a genuine love of helping customers.
Organised with a great work ethic.
A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
