The Role
Take ownership of concept development through to design execution, creating detailed sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings.
Develop innovative product designs that are both creative and commercially relevant.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are achievable, cost-effective, and aligned with project timelines.
Support the wider brand by designing packaging, marketing, and POS materials that maintain visual consistency across all channels.
Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh, creative thinking to every project.
About You
Proven experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility across relevant sectors.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and excellent hand sketching ability.
An understanding of materials, production processes, and how design decisions impact manufacturing and cost.
(Bonus) Experience with CAD modelling.
A creative mindset, strong eye for detail, and the ability to balance innovation with brand alignment.
