Join our dedicated warehouse team in Huntsville, Alabama, as a Warehouse Worker! We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to perform a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations. This role is fundamental to our success, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, contributing to the smooth flow of our supply chain. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for all our employees. Therefore, adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform duties involving Lifting and moving materials.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Good communication skills.
