We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will be an integral part of our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the facility. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions precisely is essential. This role involves considerable physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Ensuring the accurate picking and packing of goods is critical for customer satisfaction and the reputation of our Logistics services. You must be vigilant about Safety , adhering to all warehouse guidelines and utilizing the appropriate PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Utilize provided PPE consistently and correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
- Ability to perform accurate picking and packing tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to using all required PPE .
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is beneficial.
