Senior Director, Business Development Remote – Full Time – Professional Services / Consulting (Candidates in Midwest, East Coast, or Central U.S. encouraged to apply) About the Role A global consulting firm (via an executive search partner) is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to focus on new client acquisition in the industrial manufacturing and consumer products sectors. This is a strategic hunting role, ideal for someone with consulting or B2B service sales experience who can open doors and drive growth. What You’ll Do Generate and convert leads with C-suite decision makers Design and execute go-to-market strategies for your verticals Partner with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams Attend client meetings, conferences, and events to build relationships Use CRM tools and prospecting platforms to manage pipeline and outreach What You’ll Need 7–12 years of business development or sales experience in consulting, logistics, or B2B services Strong understanding of manufacturing or consumer products markets Confidence working with senior-level executives Track record of exceeding sales targets Proficiency in Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM systems Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus What’s Offered Competitive base + performance-based bonus Remote work.
