The hiring company, a major actor in the Transparency and Traceability industry based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced and autonomous Lead Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Django (or other Python backend frameworks) to lead and support their development team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the architecture of their innovative solutions while guiding a junior team toward success. The company´s goal is to accompany SMEs and larger groups towards : - Traceability: with its SaaS platform and different digital solutions to come. - Transparency: with its Digital Transparency Platform - co-related to the SaaS -

Stellenangebot

Wer Sie sind

  • Strong expertise in Python development for backend topics (Not Automation).
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in Django (or other Python frameworks focused on backend development).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and solve complex infrastructure design challenges.
  • Experience in a variety of technologies; familiarity with Go is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and decisions related to backend architecture, design, and infrastructure.
  • Backend Development: Build, maintain, and enhance scalable backend systems using Django or other Python frameworks (Flask experience is also welcome).
  • Solution Design: Contribute to infrastructure design and ensure the robustness and scalability of applications.
  • Team Support: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and helping assess team performance. While you won't directly hire or fire, you will provide strategic recommendations on team structure and talent retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Decision-making: Autonomously be able to make decisions related to technology stack, architecture, and system improvements.
