The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Drives the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Leads cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Develops and delivers training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
- Facilitates root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational inefficiencies.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of an organization.
