Jouw rol als HR professional
Als HR professional bij Werkmandejong werk je aan uitdagende projecten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Je wordt gedetacheerd naar bedrijven in zowel de profit als non-profit sector. Enkele voorbeelden van onze opdrachtgevers zijn Bol, Lidl en zorgorganisaties zoals 's Heerenloo. Je taken kunnen variëren, maar omvatten onder andere:
- Adviseren van (lijn)managers over HR-gerelateerde zaken zoals verzuim en verlof
- Regie voeren over de Wet verbetering poortwachter
- Deelnemen aan wervingsgesprekken
- Ondersteunen bij veranderingsprocessen, zoals nieuwe procedures of herstructureringen
- Invullen van de brede HR-adviesrol bij tijdelijke uitval van vaste medewerkers
- Vast dienstverband met de zekerheid van een stabiel inkomen
- Diverse opdrachten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers
- Kans om ervaring op te doen in verschillende branches
- Mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in verschillende HR-disciplines
- Persoonlijke ontwikkeling door het werken aan uitdagende projecten
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding hebben in HR of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring hebben in HR-functies
- Flexibel zijn en snel kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende werkomgevingen
- Sterk zijn in adviseren en communiceren op verschillende niveaus
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen
- Affiniteit hebben met zowel profit als non-profit organisaties
