Job Summary Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services to include video, high-speed Internet, voice and XFINITY Home. This role focuses on both individual sales to single family units and sales to multiple dwelling units through relationships with property management. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf. Role Responsibilities Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to individual customers by knocking every door within assigned territory. Display thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features, benefits, product differences, pricing and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home. Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers, evaluate their existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as competitive advantages over other service providers. Evaluate competitive offers and frame response to show the benefits of Comcast. Create and execute turf management plans and operate independently. Show confidence in selling ability and competent time management and organizational skills. Meet and exceed sales goals as established by local market, generate business through approved lead generation methods, and implement effective sales closing techniques. Maintain consistent record of success in residential canvassing sales environment with emphasis on business to consumer sales. Possess effective communication, organizational and people skills, strong customer service skills, and technical capability. Meet physical requirements of walking/travel door-to-door and working nights/weekends as needed. Maintain any required credentials and/or licenses to sell/design alarm systems, where applicable. Possess independent judgment and discretion, punctual attendance, and work variable schedule as necessary. Qualifications High School Diploma / GED. 2‑5 Years of relevant work experience. Certifications (if applicable). Knowledge of video, high-speed internet, voice and XFINITY Home products. Ability to work independently and manage turf effectively. Compensation Base Pay: $33,193.00 annually. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $77,193.00. Signing bonus valued at $3,000, paid in two installments: $1,500 in the pay period following 180 days of employment and $1,500 after one year.
