Are you a skilled professional with a passion for driving operational efficiency and eliminating waste? The Pivot Group Network, a West Michigan manufacturing-focused recruiting group, is dedicated to building meaningful connections in the manufacturing community. We are collaborating with companies in Allendale seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers.

The Opportunity
We are working with companies in Allendale that are adding Continuous Improvement Managers to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Leads cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Develops and delivers training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
- Facilitates root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational inefficiencies.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels of an organization.
