Job Details Job Location: LOS ANGELES, CA 90025. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: 4 Year Degree. Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00. Travel Percentage: Negligible. Job Shift: Day. The How… Your focus is analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights supporting business decision-making and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs. You will utilize a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field, and your working knowledge of business intelligence and data analysis, with eagerness to learn and work with BI tools such as Python, Excel, Power BI and SQL to develop, maintain, and automate BI reports and dashboards. Your enthusiasm for using data to help improve business processes and outcomes in the real estate private equity space will be essential to your success in the role. Eligible employees also receive paid holidays for ten holidays each year. Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. Experience writing queries in a Relational Database Management System. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and free of typos or grammatical mistakes. Treat everyone with respect and dignity, accept responsibility and take ownership of tasks, follow through on commitments, and maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field required, or a computer science certificate from an accredited program with relevant work experience. Up to two years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role is required, and familiarity with financial and accounting concepts is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft SharePoint preferred. Advanced knowledge of mathematics, machine learning and predictive analytics preferred. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing preferred. Understanding of the commercial real estate industry is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Expected work hours: Typical hours are 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. Travel: None.
