Overview The Regional Sales Manager will lead and develop a regional sales team, launching a new CNS drug.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the region.
Develop business plans and strategies to achieve sales results.
Identify opportunities in local markets and execute marketing strategies.
Create portfolio selling strategies and balance them effectively.
Monitor field activities and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in life science sales.
3+ years of regional or district manager experience.
Product launch experience leading others in competitive markets.
Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight stays.
Must reside within the territory or its boundaries.
Desired Requirements
Psychiatry experience in ADHD and/or schizophrenia.
Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience in start‑up environments.
Strong track record of sales success.
Compensation Annual base salary ranges from $175,000 to $185,000. Additional compensation may include commissions, bonus, company car or allowance.
