Je werkt nauw samen met de financiële administratie en de controllers van de groep zowel in Nederland als Polen, en zorgt er samen voor dat finance niet alleen terugblikt, maar vooral vooruitkijkt en actief bijdraagt aan betere sturing en besluitvorming.
Je ontwikkelt business control verder en vertaalt dit naar concrete acties binnen de organisatie;
Je speelt een centrale rol in de budget- en forecastcyclus en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor de business;

HSV Group is een internationale speler in de maakindustrie en ontwikkelt en produceert slimme kunststofoplossingen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen. De organisatie bestaat uit twee business units: HSV Packaging & Insulation (P&I) met 1 fabriek in Nederland en 3 fabrieken in Polen en HSV Technical Moulded Parts (TMP), ieder met een eigen markt, dynamiek en specialisme.
In deze rol ligt jouw focus op HSV Packaging & Insulation (P&I) in Nederland. Deze business unit ontwikkelt, produceert en assembleert toonaangevend en duurzame matrijsgevormde kunststofproducten voor onder andere de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, witgoed-, elektronica- en industriële sector. Denk aan maatwerkoplossingen die producten beschermen tijdens transport of zorgen voor energie- of gewichtsbesparing en optimale isolatie.
De lijnen zijn kort, eigenaarschap is hoog en finance werkt nauw samen met de operatie. Daardoor zit je dicht op de business en zie je direct het effect van jouw inzichten in de praktijk.
Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en vindt het leuk om niet alleen naar cijfers te kijken, maar juist ook naar wat erachter gebeurt in de business.
Daarbij ben je zowel een kritische business partner als een praktisch ingestelde collega die makkelijk contact legt binnen de organisatie.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Controller;
Je schakelt makkelijk tussen stakeholders op verschillende niveaus en neemt daarin zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid;
Je hebt affiniteit met IT, data en het verbeteren van stuurinformatie;
Je bent minimaal 32 uur, bij voorkeur 40 uur per week beschikbaar
