Expectations for Success:
- Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National's full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
- Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
- Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

Who You Are:

- You bring 12 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- You're a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset.
- You're confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision.
- You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture.
- You're comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance.
- You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed).
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart.

- Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions $59,900- $66,400 Base Salary Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1000-$1875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
