À propos
Als slijper ben jij een onmisbare schakel aan het einde van ons productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de technische veren exact de juiste afwerking en specificaties krijgen:
Je controleert de producten tussentijds en na afloop nauwkeurig op maatvoering en kwaliteit;
Je signaleert kleine storingen of afwijkingen aan de slijpmachines direct en lost deze zelfstandig op;
Je werkt nauw samen met de CNC-operators en productiemedewerkers om samen tot een vlekkeloos eindproduct te komen;
We zoeken een handige aanpakker die secuur te werk gaat en snapt dat de kleinste details bepalend zijn voor de kwaliteit.
Je beschikt over een vmbo-diploma (bij voorkeur in een technische richting) of hebt door ervaring een sterk technisch inzicht gekregen;
Je hebt bij voorkeur al 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een productie- of metaal omgeving (ervaring met slijpen of machinale bewerking is een pré);
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en woont in (de buurt van) Coevorden;
De voorkeur gaat ernaar uit om lekker in de dagdienst te werken.
Een vaste, stabiele dagdienst; dus geen avond-, nacht- of weekendwerk en lekker op tijd thuis;
Een informele en collegiale sfeer binnen een hecht team waar de lijnen kort zijn;
