The right person for this role is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer journey. You’re proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to help people feel confident and cared for throughout their home improvement journey.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support
- Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
- Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms
- Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
