Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate who is fluent in Spanish to join our team in Orland Park, IL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic dealership known for quality vehicles and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in both Spanish and English, ensuring a positive and seamless sales experience.
  • Present and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
  • Assist with test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and processed.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in automotive or retail environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
