Board Certified / Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon
to join a well-established, very busy employed practice in Longview, Texas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a new graduate or experienced surgeon to step into immediate volume with strong mentorship and a highly collaborative partner. Employed position with hospital support Join 1 experienced cardiothoracic surgeon who is collaborative, supportive, and highly accessible Mentorship available for new graduates Very busy practice with a flexible call schedule Mostly cardiac surgery with a fair mix of heart and lung cases Approximately 200 open heart cases annually Exceptional Referral Network R obust cardiology group comprised of six interventional cardiologists , two of whom specialize in structural heart interventions Strong, established built-in referral base ensures immediate case volume Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with production-based bonus potential Commencement bonus Medical education debt assistance (if applicable) Relocation assistance Marketing support CME allowance Full benefits package This is a great opportunity to walk into immediate volume, strong mentorship, and long-term stability in a growing Texas community.
