Flexible schedule options (8-hour or 10-hour days); blend of office time and dedicated OR time Call coverage: Historically, the physician preferred to take call independently; however, the structure is flexible and can be tailored to the new candidate, with the goal of developing a more collaborative call model. Strong patient volume ( 20 patients per day) Great mentorship opportunity for a new grad. APP support will be added once the physician is hired

Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Maintains a private practice at a location(s) within the Medical Group. Provides gynecologic oncology practice medical professional services to patients. Provides in-hospital patient care and consultations as required. Common Expectations:
Participates in Medical Staff activities as required and/or as requested. Observes the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Hospital and the Medical Staff. Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required. Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation. Required for All Jobs:

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required Licenses: Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required Courses and Training: Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology or board eligible. Upon Hire Required and Completion of an OB/GYN residency and Gynecologic Fellowship. Upon Hire Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Administrative skills.
