À propos
Sous la direction du VP des opérations, coordonne et optimise les opérations quotidiennes du service. En plus de gérer les appels techniques des employés et des clients, et les répartir à la bonne personne. (Répartiteur, vendeur ou autres)
- confirmer les travaux aux employés du service en leur indiquant l'endroit, le client et le matériel requis;
- Gestion des horaires des employés du service;
- Assigner des tâches dans Progression aux employés du service selon le travail à effectuer;
- Assurer la bonne pratique des employés du service sur les procédures de Progression
- Travailler en collaboration avec le département de la comptabilité pour assurer une bonne opération de la facturation client;
- S’assurer de mettre les tâches en travaux « vérifiés » pour la facturation;
- Assurer un bon service à la clientèle et gérer les problématiques et insatisfactions des clients.
- Téléphoner aux clients afin de confirmer les appels de services (heure du rdv, déplacement des tâches, impondérables)
