FunctieVoor onze klant in Eindhout zijn wij op zoek naar een Warehouse Supervisor. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande:
- Dagelijkse aansturing : Je coördineert en beheert dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten zoals personeelstoezicht, voorraadbeheer en naleving van veiligheidsnormen.
- Leidinggeven : Je coacht en ondersteunt je foremannen in hun rol en stuurt indirect het team van magazijnmedewerkers aan.
- KPI-gericht werken : Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van operationele KPI’s op het vlak van productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
- Langetermijnvisie : Je bewaakt de voortgang richting lange termijndoelstellingen via overleg, evaluaties, opleidingen en ziekteverzuimgesprekken.
- Samenwerking : Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met planning, collega-leidinggevenden, de operations manager en interne ondersteunende diensten.
- Verbeterprojecten : Na het volgen van een greenbelt training leid je verbetertrajecten en implementeer je de 5S-methodiek binnen het warehouse.
- Veiligheidsbeleid : Je voert veiligheidsrondgangen en arbeidsongevallenanalyses uit en werkt aan een proactieve veiligheidscultuur onder medewerkers.
Om bovenstaande in goede banen te leiden werk je in een tweeploegensysteem en stelt je flexibel op ten aanzien van werktijden en operationele noden.
ProfielVoor de functie van Warehouse Supervisor voor onze klant te Eindhout zoeken wij een sterke leidersfiguur die operationele KPI’s weet te halen en tegelijkertijd streeft naar een efficiënte werkwijze op de vloer. Verder herken je jezelf in onderstaande:
- Door je ervaring weet je hoe je een team moet vormen en motiveren om samen jullie doelen te behalen
- Je weet je aan verschillende situaties en collega's aan te passen en eventueel van aanpak te veranderen indien nodig.
- 5-10 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Vloeiend in het opmaken van rapporten in Excel.
- Uitgebreide kennis van warehousemanagementsystemen.
- Beheersing van MS Office.
- Gedreven, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
