Dynamic Responsibilities: Every day brings new opportunities to make a difference in patients' lives. Essential Duties:
Set up, calibrate and monitor telemetry/monitoring equipment (cardiac monitors, invasive lines, hemodynamic monitors). Observe continuous patient data (ECG rhythms, arterial pressures, central venous pressures, pulse oximetry, etc.) and immediately escalate abnormalities to appropriate nursing/physician staff. Perform routine checks of monitor leads, alarms, patient positioning, and equipment functionality. Assist with routine ICU tasks: transporting patients to and from imaging/labs, checking alarms, ensuring bed alarms, triggers are functioning.
