Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations for a wholesale distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and staff management.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep experience in warehouse operations, highly proficient in WMS systems, and capable of driving efficiency, organization, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse systems
- Manage, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and drivers to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA regulations, safety standards, and hazardous material protocols
- Maintain warehouse security procedures and compliance standards
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business operations
- 34+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Experience working in a wholesale distribution environment required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and operations
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide clear and effective verbal and written feedback
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience improving warehouse layout, processes, and operational efficiency
- Competitive salary ($90K$100K)
