Business Data Analytics Intern Work directly with the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders at a brand‑name company with a headquarters 10 minutes from UNL campus. We are looking for a high‑quality advanced student to assist with improving data organization and creating predictive models that help identify market growth opportunities across all lines of products and services.
Once trained, the right candidate will organize data and build predictive models that help understand current economic conditions and forecast outcomes across varying scenarios, including shifts in supply and demand, manufacturing, tariffs, and competitive activity. Therefore, we seek candidates with an advanced understanding of mathematics, statistics, predictive modeling techniques, and an intellectual curiosity to turn complex data sets into probable outcomes, given different courses of action. This position will collaborate with accounting and finance teams and present findings to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in improving data organization.
Create and refine predictive models to forecast market opportunities.
Analyze economic conditions and simulate scenarios such as supply‑demand shifts, manufacturing changes, tariffs, and competitive activity.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams.

Qualifications
Advanced understanding of mathematics, statistics, and predictive modeling techniques.
