Committed to excellence, we are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional customer service solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our esteemed client in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote maritime leisure vacation packages. Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences. Build rapport with customers to understand their vacation needs and preferences effectively. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to book their dream oceanic leisure vacation. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Follow up with customers via email to provide additional information and support. Demonstrate consistent and reliable performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer service metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests in the CRM system. Stay informed about the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish,
coupled with fluent English proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in outbound sales and customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. At least 1 year of experience in sales in the BPO/Call Center industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. A natural affinity for achieving sales targets, with a record of consistent performance. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/service tools.
