Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to build accurate, client-focused pricing solutions, proposals, and Return on Investment models.
Populate and manage complex pricing spreadsheets, leveraging advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) to analyze and validate cost data.
Ensure complete and accurate data entry into Customer Relationship Management and internal platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Liaison).
Liaise with telecom carriers, clients, and internal departments to collect and verify data.
Support the development of business cases and track carrier responses for pricing and service details.
Collaborate on special projects, client invoice reviews, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Stay informed on provider updates and attend relevant presentations and meetings.
Contribute insights that improve operational efficiency and sales processes such as Standard Operating Procedures.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in sales analysis with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling, data cleansing, conditional formatting, etc.) is mandatory.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and coordinate across functions.
Strong business judgment and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications
Business/Sales related field of study or equivalent work experience.
1- 5 years’ experience preferably in Pre-Sales tech support position or consultative role in the telecommunications/IT space.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must have the ability to travel at most twice a year.

Salary and Benefits
Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
