to help accelerate our commercial expansion, strengthen our global pipeline and support our mission of enabling better consumer-driven innovation around the world. Responsibilities
Responding to and qualifying inbound leads. Initiating outbound outreach to targeted prospects. Maintaining the overall health of our CRM operations. Serving as the first point of contact for potential customers, uncovering their needs and building a strong sales pipeline. Responding promptly to inbound inquiries from web forms, marketing campaigns, events and referrals. Maintaining fast response times and strong follow‑up cadences to maximize conversion of inbound interest. Qualifying inbound leads using defined criteria to determine fit, priority and next steps. Routing qualified inbound opportunities and ensuring smooth handoff and meeting scheduling. Performing ongoing data hygiene to keep CRM and lead records accurate. Building and managing targeted prospect lists based on ICP and market segments. Conducting outbound outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, social selling and other prospecting channels. Following up on non‑responsive MQLs where inbound stalls and outbound picks up. Executing structured cadences and multi‑touch sequences to generate new business opportunities. Nurturing early‑stage prospects through consistent follow‑ups and value‑driven engagement. Supporting ABM experimentation and list building; using LinkedIn, email and calls to execute account‑based plays. Tracking all outreach activities, lead interactions and progress notes in the CRM. Collaborating closely with the Growth team to refine messaging, improve lead quality and optimize funnel performance. Testing and learning on campaign quality, common objections and market trends. What We’re Looking For
1‑3 years of experience in sales development, prospecting, customer service or similar roles, with experience using CRM and sales engagement tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate value quickly. Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consistent follow‑up, with an ability to quickly learn new tools, processes and product details. Strong organization, time management and attention to detail. Creative, high‑energy, and self‑motivated by measurable goals. Why Join Us?
