Position Overview As a revenue‑generating sales professional, you will be responsible for hunting new business, closing deals, and driving growth for our construction technology solutions.
About the Product Our software helps commercial construction companies automate estimating and takeoff workflows, reducing the time required to produce accurate estimates while improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
Schedule and conduct software demonstrations with construction company owners, estimators, project managers, and operations leaders.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Follow a structured sales process from prospecting through closing.
Attend construction industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Gather customer feedback and relay market intelligence to the product team.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self‑starter mentality with minimal supervision.
Experience selling SaaS, ERP, technology, construction services, or commercial solutions is preferred.
Must be comfortable selling to owners, executives, and operational decision makers.

20+ meetings booked per month

5+ qualified opportunities added to pipeline weekly
First closed deal within 60-90 days
