Als Specialist Hypotheken help jij mensen bij het realiseren van hun woonwensen en zorg je dat zij financieel de juiste keuzes maken. Jij combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een sterke adviesrol en bent dé sparringpartner voor jouw klanten.
Dit ga je doenAls Specialist Hypotheken word je ingezet bij toonaangevende opdrachtgevers binnen de financiële dienstverlening, zoals banken, intermediairs en advieskantoren. Je begeleidt klanten van oriëntatie tot het moment bij de notaris.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
- Adviseren van klanten over hypotheken en financiële mogelijkheden
- Inventariseren van klantwensen en financiële situaties
- Toetsen van aanvragen aan wet- en regelgeving
- Begeleiden van het volledige hypotheektraject, van advies tot afsluiten
- Onderhouden van contact met klanten, notarissen, geldverstrekkers en andere stakeholders
- Signaleren van commerciële kansen en hier proactief op inspelen
- Meedenken over het verbeteren van processen en klantbediening
Je bent niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk, maar weet ook vertrouwen op te bouwen en langdurige klantrelaties te creëren.
- Minimaal 2 á 3 jaar ervaring binnen hypotheken of financiële dienstverlening
- In het bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Hypothecair Krediet
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset
- Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
- Commercieel inzicht en een proactieve houding
We bieden een salaris vanaf € 3.300,- tot € 4.700,- bruto per maand (excl. vakantiegeld) op basis van 40 uur, passend bij jouw ervaring en expertise. Vakantiegeld wordt 1x per jaar uitbetaald. Je krijgt volop begeleiding, uitdaging en regie over je eigen carrière. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vakinhoudelijke groei staan centraal.
