Als customer service medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze (inter)nationale klanten en speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van het order- en serviceproces. Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagers en interne afdelingen, waarbij je klantcontact combineert met administratieve taken en probleemoplossing. In een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen draag je bij aan een uitstekende klantervaring.
Wat ga je doen:- Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in SAP, inclusief het beheren van een foutloze administratie.
- Beantwoorden van klantvragen over producten, levertijden en orderstatus.
- Signaleren en afhandelen van klachten, afwijkingen en knelpunten.
- Proactief meedenken met klanten en accountmanagers door kansen en verbeteringen te signaleren.
- Dagelijks onderhouden van contact met klanten en interne afdelingen.
- Salaris tussen € 3.200 en € 3.800 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
- Tijdelijk contract voor een periode van 6 tot 12 maanden.
- Fulltime functie van 36 tot 40 uur per week.
- Werken in een informeel en hecht team van zes collega's.
- Mogelijkheid om technische trainingen te volgen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
- Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een pensioenregeling en winstdeling.
Wij zoeken een klantgerichte en gestructureerde professional met een passie voor service en oog voor detail.
- MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of binnendienst.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig in een dynamische omgeving.
- Ervaring met SAP of vergelijkbare systemen is een pré.
