FunctieJouw rol als Project Coördinator bouw
Als Project Coördinator / Assistent Projectleider ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de eerste fasen van onze projecten. Je neemt het voortouw in het verzamelen en structureren van alle cruciale informatie die nodig is voor een optimale projectvoorbereiding.
- Je verdiept je in elk project en zorgt ervoor dat alle details scherp in kaart worden gebracht voor de start van het calculatieproces.
- Je plant en organiseert vergaderingen met klanten, architecten en interne specialisten, en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste partijen op het juiste moment samenzitten.
- Dankzij jouw heldere verslaggeving en inzichtelijke samenvattingen worden meetings omgezet in concrete actiepunten.
- Jij verdeelt verantwoordelijkheden binnen het team en volgt actief op dat acties tijdig en correct worden uitgevoerd.
- Gedurende het hele traject ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en architecten en bewaak je een heldere communicatie over de voortgang van het project.

ProfielProfiel – Wie zoeken we?
- Je hebt een technisch of bouwkundig diploma of je hebt relevante jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je weet complexe technische informatie helder te vertalen naar zowel collega’s als klanten en bent communicatief sterk in uiteenlopende situaties.
- Je zorgt er als organisator voor dat projecten vlot verlopen, je brengt mensen samen, wijst taken toe en bewaakt de deadlines.
- Je blinkt uit in administratieve precisie en werkt zorgvuldig, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
