• Assists with escorting clients to support service appointments • Assists Case Managers, Client Care Coordinators, Housing Specialists, and the Director of Social Services • Collaborates with the social services department to use empowerment and recovery oriented approaches with clients and groups. • Inspects rooms for cleanliness before clients enter the facility • Assists with scanning client files into the Network Attached Storage (NAS) upon client's departing from shelter • Must bag and tag clients' belongings when left behind or assist if client is physically handicapped and requires assistance • In the event of an emergency, Essential Personnel are required to report to work as scheduled • Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based upon assessment of company needs SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Experience with behavioral health services preferred • Must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) • Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a part of a team • Must be organized and technologically savvy • Bilingual English/Spanish is also preferred
