Compensation and Analytics Analyst Join DaVita’s Compensation and Analytics team and help shape how we recognize and reward teammates across the Village! In this high-impact role, you’ll use data to uncover insights that directly influence our compensation strategies and programs. As part of the People Services department, our team partners across DaVita to design, implement, and evolve rewards that align with our mission, vision, and business goals. We advise senior leaders using a blend of internal pay practices and external labor market trends, and we collaborate closely with teams like Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, People Analytics & Insights, and Transformation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to enterprise‑wide decisions while developing your skills in a collaborative, purpose‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and models that turn internal and external pay data into actionable insights, helping leaders make informed, strategic decisions.
Improve and streamline processes that support new and existing compensation initiatives—enhancing teammate experience and financial well‑being.
Support the design and execution of key compensation programs, including merit increases, bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other forms of monetary recognition.
Act as an internal consultant by partnering with HR and business leaders to:
Develop strong, collaborative relationships
Understand unique business needs and tailor compensation solutions accordingly
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses
Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (any major with strong analytical or business focus); Master’s degree preferred
0–2 years relevant experience
Strong Excel skills and a love for working with data
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities from multiple sources in a fluid environment
Project experience or comparable problem‑solving or analytical background
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills

Compensation The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00-$85,000.00 per year.
