- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Investitionsthemen (CapEx) in der gesamten Handtmann Gruppe
- Prüfung und Bewertung von Investitionsanträgen & Business Cases, sowie eigenständige Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Überwachung und Analyse von Investitionsbudgets und Projekten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung konzerninterner Richtlinien
- Unterstützung und Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Investitionsplanung und -entscheidung
- Durchführung von Soll Ist Analysen, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsrechnungen
- Erstellung von Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für den CFO und das Management
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Tools für das Investitionscontrolling (u.a. SAP, SAC, Power-BI)
- Koordination und Unterstützung bei M&A Projekten, Unternehmensbewertungen und Due Diligence Analysen
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Investitions-, Projekt‑ oder Konzerncontrolling, idealerweise im Industrie-/ Konzernumfeld
- Routiniert in Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, Business Cases, CapEx‑Bewertungen
- Kenntnisse in Unternehmensbewertung (z. B. DCF) und Due Diligence von Vorteil
- Sicher im Umgang mit SAP (FI/CO, PS, IM), Excel und idealerweise SAC/BI
- Analytisch stark, verantwortungsbewusst, durchsetzungsfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
