Licensed Practical Nurse - Lpn Private duty caregiver 24 hours per week - flexible schedule Pay rate: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour $2,000 sign on bonus available 12-hour day shifts Ideal candidates:
2 years of in-home health care experience Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients. Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
Requirements Qualifications:
Current license as a licensed practical nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test Valid driver's license
At Cns Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
