Our next copywriter will consistently bring a high volume of ideas, present boundary-pushing creative thinking, and have the confidence to think big while honoring client business goals.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to craft engaging and innovative copy across a variety of channels, including digital, social, video, experiential, and integrated campaigns. Collaborating closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account leadership, you'll play a key role in bringing bold ideas to life, ensuring that each story you write not only aligns with the brand's voice but also makes a meaningful impact with our client’s audience.
Creative Skills:
You can reach final output at a mid-level standard without multiple rounds of feedback.
You can successfully and succinctly translate client feedback into accurate edits.
You have experience selling in and producing original conceptual work.
You consistently bring volume of creative thinking to every review.
You are starting to gain production experience in your current or previous role, learning and contributing to the pre-production/post-production process and going on set.
People Skills:
You have the experience, desire, and excitement to concept and contribute to cross-channel campaigns as part of an integrated team.
You’re eager to jump in and help on any project.
You have experience and are comfortable presenting work internally with an openness to constructive feedback and learning how to sell ideas.

Key Responsibilities: Creative Concepting: Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other creative team members to develop and execute innovative concepts for vehicle, program partnerships, and digital campaigns across social, video, digital, experiential, in-store/retailer, and integrated platforms.
Copywriting Excellence: Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media, video scripts, retailer experiential materials, and more.
Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure all copy aligns with the automotive brand's voice, tone, and messaging while pushing creative boundaries to develop fresh, compelling narratives.
Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, designers, account management, project management, strategists, and production teams to ensure copy is seamlessly integrated into the visual and strategic elements of campaigns.
Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, present ideas and creative work, and incorporate client feedback to refine and enhance copy.
Campaign Integration: Contribute to and own multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness in messaging across digital, social, video, and experiential platforms.
Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in automotive marketing, to produce innovative and relevant copy that engages target audiences.
Attention to Detail: Review all copy for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior creatives and provide feedback, direction, and support to cultivate an environment of growth and creativity.
Qualifications:
Four or more years of experience in copywriting within an advertising agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, video, and integrated campaign copywriting work.
Experience in writing for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, social media, video scripts, and experiential marketing.
Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
Production experience is a plus but not required.
