Your Impact
Lead and actively participate in vacation ownership sales presentations, helping prospective owners understand the value and benefits of Vacatia products.
Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue goals.
Partner with customers to create affordable purchase solutions that support informed and confident buying decisions.
Monitor sales performance, inventory utilization, and financial metrics to optimize results and maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry with demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing sales talent, and achieving ambitious performance goals.
Strong ability to structure deals, perform basic loan calculations, and guide customers through financial purchase decisions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Experience delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and professional integrity.
