New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to provide delivery of all core BA services, Project Management and Change Management. The BA will be required to facilitate meetings in person and/or virtually and will need to identify tasks, negotiate and accept responsibilities and coordinate and provide direction to support teams, co‑workers and clients on a variety of technical activities. Responsibilities Deliver core Business Analyst services for assigned projects. Provide support to the project team as required. Provide basic project management services. Assist with Organization Change Management activities. This role requires an individual who is a quick learner, a self‑starter, excellent at relationship building, and able to influence and gain agreement on a project approach. Someone who has strong critical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Must be robust at using the entire MS Office Suite and Visio. Examples of deliverables required: process maps, project plans, business change management plan, developing presentations for steering committees, risk and issue log, decision log, and statement of work. Requirements Experience in Business Analysis: Must have a proven track record of working as an Intermediate Business Analyst with 3‑5 years of industry experience. Documentation: Must be strong at using the entire MS Office Suite and Visio. Must be capable of developing strong, comprehensive and clear project documentation. Stakeholder Management: Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be proficient in English written/verbal. Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage diverse stakeholders. Facilitating Meetings and Workshops: Skilled in facilitating cross‑functional meetings and workshops to gather requirements, discuss risks, and promote collaboration. Organization: Must have strong organization skills and must be proactive. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within tight deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality. Change Management: Experience in driving organizational change that might require introducing governance frameworks and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Ability to identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute to the evolution of best practices through ongoing research and feedback. Location: Work in Canada while residing in BC during the contract period, with hybrid onsite work in Richmond, BC as required. ID# 5438
