Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Desktop Support Engineer
to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide white-glove support to business users while maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, printer, and multi-monitor setup issues. Install, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Support Active Directory, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and basic networking issues. Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Perform new hire onboarding, workstation setup, and equipment deployment. Deliver white-glove/VIP support to business stakeholders. Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain asset inventory, documentation, and knowledge base articles. Utilize AI-enabled support tools to improve ticket resolution and service efficiency. Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Support. Strong expertise in Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting. Experience with multi-monitor and high-performance workstation setups. Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI. Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools. Strong hardware troubleshooting and deployment experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Preferred Skills
Experience supporting financial services or enterprise environments. Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, Aladdin, or similar business applications. Exposure to OMS/EMS platforms. Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA-driven support. Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
