Bilingual Care Companion As a Bilingual Care Companion with SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide non-medical in-home care and support to our patients in Middlesex, New Jersey. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and empathy. As a Bilingual Care Companion, you will be working alongside our team to provide personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical in-home care and support to clients, including assistive care, companionship, and homemaking services Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Help clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Provide companionship and social support to clients
