Tener habilidades de organizacin y direccin de personal
Tener habilidad para trabajar en equipo

Responsabilidades del Encargado de Cocina:
- Se asegura de contar con el personal necesario para que la comida se prepare rpidamente y con calidad.
- Revisa los horarios y se asegura de que la gente que est citada a trabajar sea la suficiente
- Busca sustitutos cuando algn empleado va a faltar. Falta o est ausente
- Solicita al gerente que se contrate ms personal en caso de que sea necesario
- Se asegura de que todo el personal de cocina est bien capacitado para que puedan trabajar con calidad
- Se asegura de que el personal recin contratado reciba su entrenamiento en forma completa
- Observa como trabaja el personal y los corrige de acuerdo a necesidades
- Entrena al personal segn necesidades
- Exige al personal de cocina que cada uno cumpla con sus responsabilidades
- Corrige al personal segn necesidades
- Solicita a gerente que se despida a alguien si as se amerita
- Se asegura de que no falten ingredientes para preparar los alimentos
- Revisa los niveles de inventario en forma diaria
- Realiza rdenes de compra
- Se asegura de que los ingredientes cumplan con los estndares de calidad requeridos por Tostada Regia
- Revisa la calidad de los alimentos que los proveedores surten
- Revisa las etiquetas de los alimentos asegurndose de que son de reciente elaboracin
- Se asegura que se respete el principio primeras entradas primeras salidas
- Se asegura de que los alimentos mantengan la temperatura correcta
- Ejecuta puestos de cocina segn necesidades
- Apoya a gerente de sucursal segn necesidades
