VOTRE RÔLEEn tant qu’agent de service aux passagers, vous êtes le premier contact avec notre clientèle. Vous devrez, entre autres, émettre les billets, préparer les cartes d’embarquement, vérifier les bagages et être en poste aux portes d’embarquement. Vous devrez offrir un service à notre clientèle en lien avec les diverses demandes de renseignements au sujet des tarifs, rechercher des bagages égarés, offrir l’aide aux passagers demandant de l’assistance, commander des repas et toutes autres demandes pour vous assurer d’offrir une expérience des plus agréable à notre clientèle.
AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL ?• Expérience dans un poste d’agent de service aux passagers, le service à la clientèle et idéalement dans le monde de l’aviation;
• Vous êtes reconnu pour votre ponctualité et votre capacité à accomplir des tâches multiples;
• Vous êtes motivé, enthousiaste et énergique et participez positivement à l’esprit d’équipe;
• Vous faites preuve de constance à offrir un service à la clientèle distinctif;
• Bilingue (français et anglais), vous possédez d’excellentes aptitudes de communication. La connaissance de l’anglais est requise afin de pouvoir échanger avec vos collaborateurs des autres stations et bases ;
• La connaissance de la langue crie un atout;
• Quarts de travail coupés, fin de semaine ;
• Vous savez utiliser efficacement les outils informatiques mis à votre disposition.
