Responsibilities include:
Assist with activities of daily living Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide medication reminders Support clients in managing their medication routines Assist with meal planning and preparation Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Launder clothes and sheets Perform light housekeeping Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship Accompany clients to appointments and social activities Observe and report changes in clients' health status Document care provided and any notable observations
Qualifications include:
Current New Hampshire LNA certificate preferred 2+ years of experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Valid driver's license & insurance with reliable vehicle Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred Compassionate and empathetic attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Since 2004, Executive Home Care has been a critical resource for families looking for in-home care for their loved ones.
