Senior Python/React Fullstack Developer at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior Python/React Fullstack Developer to join our elite development team. In this role, you'll lead the development of sophisticated applications, making key architectural decisions while mentoring junior developers. You'll be instrumental in creating high-performance, scalable solutions that utilize Python on the backend and React for dynamic frontend interfaces. What You'll Do: Lead the design and development of complex applications using Python and React. Make architectural decisions and establish technical standards. Create and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services. Build sophisticated frontend components with advanced React patterns. Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda). Develop infrastructure as code for scalable applications. Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews. Drive rapid prototyping initiatives to validate new concepts. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Implement testing strategies and quality assurance practices.
