Regal is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager to lead and grow our group sales business. In this role, you'll drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship development, and leadership of a talented team of Group Sales Consultants. You'll work with a wide range of clients, from corporate organizations and schools to nonprofits and community groups, creating unique cinema experiences that deliver value and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leader who enjoys coaching others, improving processes, and building strong partnerships. You'll have a direct impact on revenue growth while helping shape the future of Regal's group sales program. What will you be doing? You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales objectives. You will create and execute sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and implement plans to drive revenue growth. You will support recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. You will manage complex sales opportunities, client escalations, contract discussions, and relationships with key partners and studios. You will identify new business opportunities, improve sales processes, and oversee programs such as film festival bookings. About you You will have leadership experience and a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. You will possess strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. You will be highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus. You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree, theatre operations, sales, or call center experience preferred.
